3- Do you have an intermittent or continuous throbbing pain or toothache?

4- Do you have a general weakness and ill feeling?

5- Do you have a fever?

6- Do you have tender, swollen glands on the same side as the toothache?

7- Do you notice the onset of pain when you are eating or drinking?
